Thousands of Iranians participated in the funeral of Colonel Hassan Sayyad Khodaei, one of the leaders of the Revolutionary Guards, who was assassinated two days ago by shooting in the center of the Iranian capital, Tehran.

On the sidelines of the funeral ceremony, the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Major General Hossein Salami, stressed that this assassination will not pass without a response, but in the appropriate place and time.
