Hong Kong residents bid farewell to the famous Jumbo Seafood Restaurant, after 46 years as it was towed by sea boats.
Many people flocked to the city’s Aberdeen Harbor, to take pictures and bid farewell to the Chinese imperial palace-like landmark, which welcomed celebrities such as Queen Elizabeth II, Tom Cruise and others.
In 2020, Jumbo stopped operating due to the coronavirus outbreak. After months of restrictions, the company has been unable to raise the funds needed to maintain this famous landmark.
