On behalf of some of the families of the Beirut crime victims, the Beirut Bar Association Prosecution Office filed lawsuits against the two former ministers, Ali Hassan Khalil and Ghazi Zeaiter, for questioning them for their abuse of the right to defense and the right to prosecute, by repeatedly filing lawsuits that obstruct the course of justice, and their demands. The total amount of compensation for this abuse exceeds one hundred billion Lebanese pounds.
