Candidate photo spots are truer than whistleblower reports, photos on state utilities rather than mandatory public spaces designated for that. The huge financial disparity in advertising spending between candidates is also unchecked. As for the areas controlled by the armed forces and their allies, the security of the candidates is exposed.
There is no executive power for the observers over the candidates nor those who implement them. And the recommendations issued by them become like these pictures on the walls. It discolors and wears out over time.
