The school year has been saved, but for how long?

The solidarity of the Lebanese, expatriates and residents, has become today the backbone of the Lebanese life in light of these difficult times and conditions.

The Antonine Sisters School – Rmeish is an example of the concerted efforts of the individual to save the school from closure and to maintain the sustainability of the school year.

But what are the obstacles faced by school administrations? For how long will individual initiatives be able to replace the state’s role in supporting the educational sector? Will expatriates continue to support it?
