True, the citizen of Lebanon unquestionably pays the most expensive phone bill in the world, according to evidence acquired by Sawt Beirut International for a citizen’s bill that amounted to 500 US dollars at an exchange rate of 1,500 pounds to the dollar, which equals 750,000 pounds, which is more than the minimum wage.
