The hospital’s Syndicate declared that “one of the state’s most dangerous manifestations of collapse, is the difficulty that members of the Internal Security Forces are facing in admitting hospitals. Most hospitals have recently avoided accepting them, due to non-payment of their medical dues on the one hand, and the low fees approved by the directorate on the other hand.’

It added: “We warn of this situation danger, as how can we ask the security men to maintain security and carry out their duties, when their health security is not guaranteed? This will inevitably lead to convulsions and unpleasant problems, and we witnessed its signs two days ago in a hospital in Tyre, and it may be repeated in several hospitals.”

The Syndicate conclud, “Therefore, we appeal to His Excellency the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, and the Minister of Interior to work immediately, on allocating the necessary funds to secure medical assistance for the internal security forces, as matters cannot be left unaddressed anymore, otherwise will get out of control.”
