Ministry of Industry announced, in a statement, that “in cooperation with Ministry of Energy and Water, the General Directorate of Customs and the Association of Lebanese Industrialists, it has completed the final procedures of the mechanism for importing diesel oil that is not directly subsidized for the necessity of their industries through companies importing petroleum or directly from their source,” noting that “ This mechanism came in implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. 66 dated 20/5/2004, that the price will be determined according to the price installation schedule issued by the Ministry of Energy and Water.

The ministry called on industrialists wishing to benefit from the mentioned mechanism, to communicate with the Director General of the Society, Talal Hegazy, via e-mail: [email protected].
