A patrol of the army navy force,  thwarted Today, Thursday, an illegal people smuggling operation, and stopped a boat at sea opposite to the city of Tripoli, 11 miles from the shore, with 5 Lebanese and 23 Syrian nationals on board.  The detainees are being investigated under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
