Traffic measures in vicinity of UNESCO Palace to hold Parliamentary session

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division announced in a statement that “Parliament will hold a session on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at the UNESCO Palace – Beirut.

Therefore, vehicles shall be prohibited to pass by the road and transfers shall be made as follows from 6:00 am from the above-mentioned date:

Traffic prevention:

From Cola towards Al-Ajouz Station / Al-Bustani Street, and diverting it towards Cola and returning it towards Gabriel Murr.

Inside the Marriott Tunnel – in both directions – and diverting it towards Gabriel El-Murr Street, and back in the direction of Gabriel Murr.

At the “Pharmacy Mashmouchi” junction, and diverting it towards the Mar Elias / Salam intersection.

At the Bank of Beirut junction and diverted towards Mar Elias / Salam.

Under the Saeb Salam Tunnel, diverting it from the Al-Rashideen Salam intersection towards the Mufti Hassan Khaled Park.

From the Bekaa / Soleh / Karameh intersection and diverting it towards the Solh / Karameh intersection, and down towards Shatila Street.

Roads diversion:

Avenue de Gaulle – the Carleton intersection, and return to the Nasr / Rawche intersection.

Abdullah Al-Machnouk / Karameh intersection towards Riyadh Taha Itani Street towards Sakiyet El Janzir.

Sakiyet El Janzir towards Berlin, Carelton, de Gaulle street.

Abdel Aal Square towards Gabriel Murr.

“Summerland” – Bin Zayed Park towards Abdel Aal Square – Gabriel Al Murr – “Marriott”.

The intersection of Al-Tabash station towards Sakiet al-Janzeer- Bekaa El Solh.scending towards Abdel-Aal Square – Gabriel Al-Murr – “Marriott”.
