How do corrupts achieve reform?

The world and Lebanon, are on different sides of concerns. While the world is concerned with the financial and life situation in Lebanon, and wants to extend a hand to save it, Lebanese officials are only interested in their small interests, which begin with elections and do not end with appointments and formations. An International Monetary Fund’s delegation is in Lebanon, to conduct negotiations on ways of economic rescue. On the other hand, the Lebanese government and parliament are evading as much as possible to pass the Capital Control Law, and they are procrastinating, in an effort to delay approving the general budget for the year 2022. Moreover, the world is calling on Lebanon to adopt a series of radical structural reforms to save what can be salvaged, while this system staff want to hold a cabinet session with the aim of conducting diplomatic formations. So, about forty days before the elections, this system pillars, have not changed. They have no goal, but to increase their earnings within the state, and to enhance their shares in departments, ministries, and institutions, as for other concerns, they do not care. In any case, how do we ask for salvation from those who were at the basis of our impoverishment, humiliation, betrayal and displacement inside and outside our homeland? Therefore, Lebanese, your country needs you, and the electoral duty is calling you.
