In today’s news bulletin:
The confrontation inevitably takes place between the corrupt political class and the judiciary. Most of the class members are accused in one way or another in the crime of bombing the port, at least because of negligence and failure to take the necessary measures to avoid the ammonium nitrate disaster. From here we understand how a cross-alignment and fanatic alliance took place between the Future Movement, the Amal Movement, the Marada Movement and Hassan Diab, with the blessing of Hezbollah. In the future, the list may be extended to include other parties.

How will the head of the legislative authority, who is directly concerned with the investigations, respond through two ministers very close to him: Ali Hassan Khalil and Ghazi Zuaiter? Could it lead him to put pressure on the President of the Republic to open an extraordinary session to protect the defendants? Can the President of the Republic soften and sign such an order? These are all questions that have not yet been answered. But what is certain is that what we are witnessing between the corrupt political authority and the judiciary is unprecedented in the history of Lebanon. Will the judicial authority, with its just and courageous performance, chart the path of another future for Lebanon?
