What incentives urged Ambassadors to return to Beirut?

The Saudi and Kuwaiti ambassadors arrived in Lebanon in a similar day. The announcement is significant and indicates the beginning of a new political phase in Lebanon. Those who bet on the Arabs’ permanent departure from Lebanon were disappointed. Those who thought that the withdrawal of the two ambassadors from Lebanon at one point signified that the Arabs had left Lebanon, realized they were mistaken.

The Arabs have blamed the Lebanese authorities. The Arabs blame the Lebanese authorities and have harsh remarks on the performance of the successive Lebanese governments, as well as on the political and diplomatic discourse of the President of the Republic. But this does not mean at all that the Arab countries, and specifically the Gulf states, decided to completely abandon Lebanon. It realizes that leaving the Cedar homeland permanently means giving over Lebanon to Iran, which the Lebanese do not want, nor do the Arabs, nor does the rest of the world.

Therefore, after the return of the two ambassadors, it is required that there be a new approach and a different view of the Lebanese-Arab relations. And the necessary reform must obviously begin with altering this system, whether it is inept, corrupt, or conspiratorial. Changing the system will inevitably entail the establishment of a new political authority that returns Lebanon to its historical constants and liberates it from the terrible repercussions of Iranian guardianship through Hezbollah.

Dear Lebanese people: Your country needs you. Participated extensively in the elections: “Your voices are our legitimate weapon… to get rid of them and stay”.
