The Ministry of Economy issued the weekly table for the selling price of wheat flour, according to which it determined the price and weight of white bread, in bakeries and stores, to the consumer, based on the table of analysis of the cost of manufacturing, distribution and sale, and based on the price of wheat in the international stock exchange, and the dollar exchange rate and the fuel prices.

According to the statement of the Ministry of Economy, given the economic conditions and the low purchasing power that citizens suffer from, the price and weight of Lebanese white bread was set according to the following:

From the bakery: a large bundle, with a weight of not less than 975 grams, at a price of 2,750 LBP. Maximum.

A medium-sized bundle, with a weight of not less than 415 grams, at a price of 1,750 LBP. Maximum.

From the store: a large size bundle, with a weight of not less than 975 grams, at a price of 3,000 LL. Maximum.

A medium-sized bundle, with a weight of not less than 415 grams, at a price of 2,000 LBP. Maximum.
