MP Bilal Abdallah tweeted on Thrusday on the student dollar issue, saying: “If officials knew the extent of humiliation experienced by many of our students abroad, and the suffering incurred by their guardians in Lebanon at various bank entrances, they would have expedited the student dollar law and obliged these banks to implement it!”
