The Secretary of the ‘Democratic Gathering’ bloc, MP Hadi Aboul Hosn said that “Lebanon should not sever its relations with the Arab countries, and all Lebanese parties should listen to the voice of reason and the position that was launched yesterday by Mikati to settle this matter because we have returned again to a point that Lebanon cannot bear.”

Aboul Hosn considered in an interview with the Voice of Lebanon that “the resignation of Minister George Qardahi is the entrance to correct the course of the relationship with the Kingdom and the Arab countries, and this needs dialogue and discussion and a return to diplomatic principles.”

As for the truth about the port explosion, he considered it in danger, and said: “We will not reach the truth in Lebanon under this sectarian system that protects all parties. Our demand from the beginning was that we go to an international investigation committee, but this issue was disrupted internally and externally.”
