The President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, oversaw from Baabda Palace, the auditing work conducted by the Court of Accounts for the treasury advances that were provided during the period of 1995 and 2019.

The auditing is part of the preparations required for studying the draft budget for 2021

President Aoun stressed “the need for accelerating the auditing process and finalizing it.”

The President highlighted the efforts conducted by the Court of Accounts in this context.
