On Thursday, General Joseph Aoun, the Army Commander, hosted Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, the British Chief of Defense Staff, at his Yarzeh office.

The visit began with Admiral Radakin laying a wreath at the memorial in the Ministry of National Defense courtyard.

During their meeting, Admiral Radakin emphasized the military institution’s crucial role in maintaining Lebanon’s security and stability in the current exceptional stage, reaffirming his country’s ongoing support.

General Aoun expressed gratitude for the continuous British support and underscored the enduring cooperation between the Lebanese and British armies.
