Sheikh Bahaa Al-Din Rafic Hariri congratulated Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on his swearing-in as Emir of the State of Kuwait.

“We congratulate His Highness Sheikh “Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah” on taking the constitutional oath as Emir of the State of Kuwait, and we wish him every success, accomplishment, and prosperity of Kuwait and the Arab country,” Hariri wrote on X (ex-Twitter) platform.
