Sheikh Bahaa Hariri said on twitter today that he welcomes the European Union’s approval to target Lebanese officials and leaders with sanctions.

He tweeted: “I welcome this action from the EU and urge our leaders in Lebanon to step down and allow a real representative government to be formed.”
