The media office of the “Free Patriotic Movement” leader, MP Gebran Bassil denied in a statement this morning “the mythical scenario invented by Mr. Johnny Mouneyar about his interference in the investigation into the Tayouneh massacre.”

The statement stressed that “MP Bassil has nothing to do with the government’s representative to the military court and that if the legend of Mr. Mouneyar contained an iota of truth, the judge would not have sealed the file and referred it in the way he did.”
