Berri receives letter from his Pakistani counterpart underlining parliamentary coordination

Parliament Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday received a letter from his Pakistani counterpart, Asad Qaiser, over the persistent Israeli aggressive practices against the Palestinian people and its Judaization schemes that target the holy sites in Al-Quds Al-Sharif, Al-Aqsa Mosque and Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, as well as ways of cooperation and coordination to confront them.

In his letter, Qaiser pointed out that failing to take steps to curb these practices will give the Israeli entity a political margin to impose its agenda, hoping that the various parliaments, particularly the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, will raise their voice before the various international and continental parliamentary forums, especially the parliaments of the permanent member countries of the Security Council, to exert pressure to stop these practices.
