Wednesday in the second presidential headquarters in Ain el-Tineh, House Speaker Nabih Berri welcomed French Presidential Envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian together with a group.

The conference, which included updates and talks on the most recent political developments, was attended by Hervé Magro, the French ambassador.

Later in the day, Berri met with Jesús Santos Aguado, the Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon, with whom he spoke about the regional environment and the overall situation in Lebanon, especially in light of the Israeli attack in Gaza and the border villages between Lebanese occupied Palestine.
