Head of the National Committee for Vaccines, Abdel-Rahman Al-Bizri, indicated on his Twitter account that “Lebanon’s classification will soon change from fourth epidemiological stage to third, considering that” this reflects the extent of indicators’ improvement regarding  Covid 19 and the decrease in new cases percentage.

Bizri stressed that “it is everyone’s duty to preserve these gains and stabilize it, through social distancing, adherence to scientific recommendations and increasing the rate of vaccination.”

تصنيف لبنان سيتغير قريبا من المرحلة الرابعة الى المرحلة الثالثة وبائيا وهذا يعكس مقدار التحسن في المؤشرات المتعلقة بالكوفيد ١٩ وانخفاض نسبة الحالات الجديدة.
