Bukhari inspects oldest mosque in Mount Lebanon, visits Monastery of Holy Savior

Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid Bukhari, inspected the Mosque of Mazboud, in Iqlim al-Kharroub, which is considered one of the oldest mosques in Mount Lebanon, accompanied by Businessmen Samir al-Khatib.

Subsequently, Al-Bukhari visited the Monastery of the Savior in Joun, where he was received by Archimandrite Antoine Dib, the General Superintendent of the Order of the Savior, and the abbot of the monastery, Father Naim Khalil.

At the end of the tour, Bukhari held a meeting at Khatib’s residence in the presence of MP Michel Daher, resigned MP Neamat Afram, head of economic bodies, Former Minister Mohamed Choucair, as well as the Director General of the Internal Security Forces Major General Imad Othman, Director General of State Security Major General Tony Saliba, Financial Prosecutor Judge Ali  Ibrahim, Director of Intelligence in the Army, Brigadier General P.S.C. Tony Kahwagi, Charles Arbid, Jack Sarraf, Maroun Al-Helou, Elie Rizk, Pierre Al-Ashkar, Wajih Bizri, Jamal Itani, Raouf Abu Zaki and Faysal Alami.
