Deputy Prime Minister, Caretaker Defense Minister Zeina Akar, held Thursday a meeting devoted to discussing the aid offered by international organizations to the Lebanese as well as the Syrian and Palestinian refugees.

The meeting was attended by Caretaker Ministers Ramzi Musharrafieh of Social Affairs and Ghazi Wazni of Finance, alongside Deputy UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Najat Rochdi, UNHCR Representative in Lebanon Ayaki Ito, UNDP Resident Representative for Lebanon Celine Moyroud, UNRWA Director in Lebanon Claudio Cordone, Chief of Social Policy for UNICEF Lebanon Sarah Hague,  Country Director and Representative of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) office in Lebanon Abdallah Al-Wardat, in addition to military intelligence chiefs.
