Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, on Monday welcomed at Dar Al-Fatwa, French Ambassador to Lebanon, Anne Grillo, with whom he discussed local Lebanese affairs and the situation in the region.
