The Establishment of Water of Beirut and Mount Lebanon (EBML) has started receiving applications in the Ashrafieh and Badaro centers, in implementation of the Exemptions Law that was approved in the Parliament to compensate those affected by the explosion in the Port of Beirut.

The required documents, according to EBML, are the water subscription number or a copy of the most recent water receipt, in addition to a copy of the title deed, as well as a copy of the sale or lease contract and the identity card connected to the title deed.
