The Delegation of the European Union to Lebanon tweeted the following:

“The European Union Election Observation Mission to Lebanon, Elena Valenciano, is in Beirut this week. It is encouraging to hear from the President of the Republic, Parliament Speaker and Prime Minister that the elections will be held on time as schedule in 2022. Thus, the right to vote must be respected.”
