Following dollar footsteps, Commodity prices rise 13.5 %

Head of the Consumer Protection Association, Zuhair Berro, confirmed that the rise in fuel prices led to the price of commodities folloeing the dollar prices, which increased by about 13 and a half times, or 13,50 percent.
Via a radio interview, Berro said: “Our economy is mortgaged, so we cannot talk about independence.”
He pointed out that the political class is indifferent about the economy, and tended to loot the economic production, adding, ” this point should be address in order to get out of the crisis.”
