The Foreign Affairs Committee of the French Senate stressed that “the authority cannot continue in Lebanon without the confidence of the people.”

It indicated that “all corrupt people in Lebanon must be arrested”, pointing out that “France alone cannot solve the crisis in Lebanon.”

In another context, the committee said, “We do not advise the Iranians to continue to be closed, and the Iranians should return to negotiations because it is a necessity, and if Iran refuses to open its facilities, there will be no agreement, and it must provide information to the international community.”
