The Lebanese Army Command – Orientation Directorate issued a statement today (Sunday) stating that an army patrol arrested four Syrians traveling in two cars loaded with subsidized foodstuff and goods in Al Masnaa area on the Lebanese-Syrian border.

The judiciary has begun investigating the detainees.
