Fuel prices have risen, according to the fuel price table issued by the Ministry of Energy and Water, the General Directorate of Oil, and became as follows:
Gasoline 95 octane plate: 462000 Lebanese pounds L.L.
Gasoline 98 octane plate: 472000 L.L.
Diesel: 521000 L.L.
Gas: 329000 L.L.
It is reported that the representative of fuel distributors, Fadi Abu Shakra, confirmed earlier that “there is no fuel crisis, and gasoline is available pending a solution to the price manipulation crisis due to the fluctuation of the dollar.”
In a statement, Abu Shakra said, “Our hands are extended to everyone for dialogue and resolving the crisis for the sake of the people, but it is not possible to continue in light of manipulating the price of the dollar.”
It is noteworthy that Lebanon has been going through many crises since 2019 until today.
