Resigned MP Elias Hankash wrote on his Twitter account: “No, Mr. George Kordahi, we are not “vulnerable to extortion,” especially from Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait… which has been for years a second home for more than 300,000 Lebanese who were expelled from their homeland because of irresponsible officials like you, but we are rather subject to the adventures of amateur ministers who have nothing to do with “responsibility”!

He added: “Resignation is the solution…”
