Financial Prosecutor Judge Ali Ibrahim obligated the owners of the containers that were located at the port of Beirut and that contained hazardous materials, which were shipped by the German company, Combi Lift, to pay the full amount that was paid by the Lebanese state, which is more than $2 million, within a period of one week, in addition to preventing them from traveling, under the penalty of arrest in case of non-payment.
