Sources told “LBC” that the Civil Court of Appeal in Beirut accepted the dismissal complaint filed by the Attorneys at-Law of the individuals arrested in the Tayouneh incidents to dismiss the Interim Military Court’s Government Commissioner Judge Fadi Akiki, from investigating into the case.

Sources also revealed that the Military Court’s Interim Government Commissioner Judge Fadi Akiki referred the addendum minutes of the Tayouneh case, which was sealed by the Intelligence Directorate after Geagea refused to appear before it, to the first military investigative judge, Fadi Sawan, and asked the latter to set a hearing session to Geagea in his quality of a witness.
