Judge Tarek Bitar, the judicial investigator in the Beirut Port Blast case, is preparing to resume his investigations after the Civil Court of Cassation rejected the case filed against him by MP Ali Hassan Khalil and Ghazi Zeaiter, after he headed to his office in the Palace of Justice this morning, despite the security risks and frequent threats he received, especially after the security events that occurred in Beirut.

“Judge Tarek Bitar has set Friday, October 29 as the date for the two interrogation sessions of MPs Nohad Machnouk and Ghazi Zeaiter,” sources reported.
