Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Waleed Bukhari, on Friday said via his twitter account: “There is a vast discrepancy between denying the reality of the crisis and trying to justify it by means of slandering others. To be quite honest, the outdated statements and allegations did not surprise me as much as I was surprised by their timing and content. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always proven, despite all the attempts to distort its positive role, the extent of its commitment to supporting Lebanon, respecting its sovereignty, and not interfering in its internal affairs.”
