LAU Mobile Clinic vaccinates Lebanon!

In its continuous mission of healing with compassion, The Lebanese American University of Beirut Mobile Clinic launched the Vaccinate Lebanon outreach campaign with the aim of expanding social awareness and providing the COVID-19 Pfizer Biontech vaccine to the largest possible number of Lebanese citizens.

The LAU Mobile clinic is a humanitarian initiative that came to life with joint efforts from the Lebanese
American University – Gilbert and Rose Marie Chagoury School of Medicine and LAU Medical Center – Rizk Hospital.

The LAU mobile clinic initially drove to towns and villages to provide citizens with free PCR tests.

The “Vaccinate Lebanon” mission started on August 1st .

To date, the LAU mobile clinic has completed more than 20 missions reaching more than 37 destinations
all over Lebanon providing more than 21,000 people with free of charge Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines in less than 1 month.
