Walid Jumblatt, the Head of the Progressive Socialist Party, tweeted on Sunday about the country’s severe economic situations at all levels, saying: “The Minister of Health is doing the impossible to combat the state of drug importers, pharmacists, and medical equipment. While we wait for a reform government or something like, we hope the caretaker government would cease messing with people’s health.”
In a second tweet, he added: “Even if all of Iran’s gasoline is imported, it will not be enough to meet the needs of importers of oil and its derivatives. Subsidies for public transit should be increased.”
