The National Authority of the Litani River announced in a statement, that its teams in the Daraya area of al-Qatrani in the Rehan Mountains and within the scope of al-Rayhan police station monitored excavation and sand transport work at the invested site by two people, taking advantage of the conditions the country is going through to encroach on water and environmental resources. The violators did not pay the fines owed to them in favor of the Ministry of Finance, and the Litani River Authority will take legal measures aimed at prosecuting the trespassers and those negligent in preventing the infringements.”
