Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Al-Makary, hosted Head of the General Labor Confederation (GLC), Bechara Al-Asmar, at his Tele Liban office.

Also present were Tele Liban’s Employees Syndicate Head, Mirna Chidiac, and heads of TL departments. Discussions focused on improving the current conditions of Tele Liban employees.

In another meeting, Minister Makary welcomed a delegation from Al Maaref University, led by University President Professor Ali Alaeddine.

Alaeddine invited Minister Makary to preside over the second international conference on “Digital Journalism and the Innovative Media Industry” at the university campus on December 8 and 9, 2023, as part of the “Beirut, Capital of Arab Media 2023” activities.
