Prime Minister Najib Mikati met Monday at the Grand Serail with Internal Security Forces Chief, Major General Imad Othman, heading a delegation of the agency’ s command.

During the meeting, Mikati heaped praise on the role played by the ISF in protecting citizens and preserving security.

The Prime Minister later received U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, Dorothy Shea, with whom he discussed the latest developments on the local and regional scenes.

Mikati also held talks with Tunisian Ambassador Bouraoui Limam over the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Tunisia.

Moreover, he met with UNHCR Representative in Lebanon, Ito Ayaki.
