Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammad Wissam Al-Mortada, on Tuesday welcomed in his office at the UNESCO Palace, the Ambassador of Mexico to Lebanon, Jose Ignacio Madrazo, with discussions reportedly touching on the means of activating cultural cooperation between the two countries.
