After the conclusion of the investigation session in the Gardereve daycare center case, Judge Rania Yahfoufi issued a detention memorandum against the owner of the daycare center and the employee who assaulted the children, based on the charges brought forth by the Appellate Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun. The charges against the daycare center’s employee include attempted murder and aggravated intentional harm, while the owner of the daycare center is charged with complicity in the crime of intentional harm.
