Photos of a snow-covered Lebanon

With the arrival of the atmospheric depression that hit several countries in the Middle East, the intensity of rain and winds increased throughout Lebanese regions. With the temperature decline, the Lebanese regions were covered this Wednesday morning with snow as a result of the “JOYCE” snowstorm that hit Lebanon.

In Chouf area, the Civil Defense Team pushed today at 10 the accumulated snow on the public road (Al-Bireh – Ain Zhalta – Bmahray) – Chouf, in order to facilitate traffic flow and allow citizens to cross roads safely.

In Metn, the Civil Defense Team pushed today at 7 the accumulated snow on Metn roads (Dhour El Chweir, El Chweir, Ain El Sindiana, Mar Moussa, Al Douwar, Bikfaya, Mrouj and Kafr ‘Aqab) – Metn in order to facilitate traffic flow and allow citizens to cross roads safely.
