Information Office the Presidency of Republic denied the “false news published by “ASAS” website about the presidential departments’ reservation of a plane from Middle East Airlines to participate in the work of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.”

It said: “This news is baseless, and this is not the first time that the “Asas” website, deliberately broadcasts fabricated news about the Presidency of the Republic.”

“ASAS” revealed that a plane was booked on Middle East Airlines (MEA), by the Presidency of the Republic, headed to New York, to participate in the work of the United Nations General Assembly.

ASAS also revealed, that the Presidency of the Republic started requesting appointments from the leaders of the participating countries.
