President of the Republic , General Michel Aoun, met Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, this afternoon at the Presidential Palace, and tackled with him general affairs.

Upon his departure, PM Mikati was asked: Does it seem that there are any positives?

He replied, “Who said no positives? The sun is rising and all people see it.”
