Public Prosecution: Political orientations do not interfere in judicial files

The Lebanese Public Prosecution clarified “it is circulated in the media that Judge Fadi Akiki was instructed on how to deal with a sensitive judicial file, the Discriminatory Public Prosecution confirms that Judge Akiki deals with every file presented to him without any dictation or direction except from his conscience and his good management of matters.” .
It confirmed in a statement, “What is being circulated about the interference of some people who have political opinions or orientations is not related to the truth in any way, and falls within the political rivalries and convulsions that characterize the country’s current situation.”​
