“The authority would cease to provide services to several banks,” Ogero’s Head warns

Ogero Director General Imad Kreidieh has warned that if the authority’s staff are unable to benefit from Banque du Liban Circular No. 161 while maintaining their dignity, the authority would cease to provide services to banks.

“What we witnessed today in terms of humiliation for the heroes of our army is awful,” Kreidieh posted on Twitter. As a result, if Ogero staff are unable to profit from Banque du Liban Circular No. 161 tomorrow while maintaining their full dignity, our services to the hesitating banks will be suspended immediately. We have no recourse against those who deny our staff their rights.”
